A therapeutic practice blending both yin and restorative poses exclusively done on the floor with the use of aromatherapy, chakra meditations, and hands-on adjustments. Clients are given the opportunity to melt their physical bodies into a state of peaceful surrender as they quiet the mind and focus on taking it slow.
